Avalon Property Services, Inc., a family-owned, full-service commercial janitorial company based in Burbank, Calif., has been sold by owners Cosie and Susan Costa through a concept called a "Baton Transition" to Mark Johnson, 43, the former executive director of facilities for Fox Studios in Century City (Los Angeles). Johnson has been employed with the company for more than a year.
